Organization
For more than 100 years, Junior Chamber International, or JCI, an organization of dedicated young leaders between 18 and 40 years old, has created positive opportunities worldwide and is active in more than 5,000 locations in more than 100 countries with a total membership of approximately 200,000 members.
Always adopting new approaches and collaborating across borders, JCI coaches and guides its members to develop their Leadership skills in several areas, including Personal Development in Business and Entrepreneurship, Community Action as well as International Cooperation.
Simply put, JCI transforms passionate young people into capable leaders through Events, Seminars, Projects, Strategic Programs…
About forty years after the founding of the JCI, more than 60 years ago, the Junior Economic Chamber of Tunisia was born, within the dedicated Constitutive Congress, starting with Mr. Hassib Ben Ammar, its first president.
Since then, and to this day, the JCE, as a Non-Governmental Organization, actively contributes to the development of the community and accomplishes its mission as an incubator of citizen leaders capable of creating lasting positive change within society on the whole Tunisian territory.
The Junior Tunisian Economic Chamber brings together young citizens, made up of students, employees, and even entrepreneurs, whose projects are supported by organizations from both the Public and Private Sectors. Together, they aim to meet nowadays challenges.
